1. Shortly after placing your online order for your repair, you will receive an email with a free shipping label.
2. Attach the label to your own small box and mail it to our lab. Please include your name, email address, and phone number in the box in case we have to contact you with any questions regarding your special case.
3. Our experienced technicians will repair your denture in a timely manner and have it boxed up in one of our boxes to be placed in the mail.
4. Once you receive your repaired denture, make sure you like fit. If for some reason it isn't fitting correctly, let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure to get it right!

NIGHT GUARDS, SPORTS GUARDS, AND RETAINERS

1. Upon placing your order, Dental Tech Direct will mail you a special kit containing impression trays, impression material, step by step directions on how to take your impression, as well as a return label to mail your completed impressions back to the lab.
2. Once we receive your impressions, our experienced and well-trained technicians will craft your product and mail it back to you in a timely manner.
3. Once you receive your product, pop it in and make sure you like fit. If for some reason it isn't fitting correctly, let us know as soon as possible so we can make sure to get it right.
